TRIP POLICY
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we have a few simple policies in place. These guidelines help us secure your booking, coordinate with our partners, and provide you with the best service possible. Please take a moment to review them before finalizing your trip!

BOOKING
Your reservation will be confirmed upon a 30% down payment, with the remaining balance due at least 14 days before departure.

cANCELLATION
Since we and our partners secure your spot by declining other bookings, cancellations after confirmation are non-refundable.
03.
REFUND
All payments are non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by us.
04.
RESCHEDULE
Rescheduling is allowed within the same year. Moving to the next year may incur additional charges.
